“From a university laboratory to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, our founding team has walked an 18-year journey. We are fortunate to have brought products invented by ourselves into millions of households worldwide. As the previous cycle draws to a close, a new industrial revolution driven by AI and embodied intelligence is sweeping the globe. Being recognized as the world’s first home embodied AI robotic company is both an honor and a responsibility. I sincerely thank our users, colleagues, shareholders and partners for their continued support. I am 34 years old and expect to work for at least another 40 years. We will repay every trust with long-term performance and sustained innovation.

As a technology-driven embodied AI robotic company, OneRobotics has independently mastered three core technologies: AI machine vision control technology, robot positioning and environment construction technology, and distributed neural control network technology, forming the foundational capabilities that enable precise perception, flexible decision-making and efficient execution in complex home environments. R&D engineers account for over 50% of the Company’s workforce (excluding assembly-line workers). From 2022 to 2024, R&D expenditure recorded a compound annual growth rate of 34.7%, representing approximately 20% of total revenue. The Company has accumulated over 311 globally registered patents, including more than 56 invention patents, and has been recognized as a National Key Specialized and Sophisticated “Little Giant” Enterprise.

Leveraging its core technology platform, OneRobotics has taken the lead in the commercialization of home embodied AI robots, with operations spanning over 90 countries and regions worldwide. The Company’s proprietary app has over 3.56 million registered users, connecting more than 11 million devices, with over half of users connected to two or more products, forming a highly sticky and closed-loop home smart ecosystem.

Since inception, OneRobotics has aspired to become a leader in the embodied  AI robotic industry. Its vision is embedded in its name——卧安: enabling robots to undertake household labor and liberate people's hands to focus on what they love. The Company believes that future households will not be served by a single omnipotent robot, but rather by a division of labor reflecting long-standing social structures—where housekeeping, caregiving, security, assistance and companionship each serve distinct roles shaped by efficiency, safety and emotional needs. To date, OneRobotics has achieved a complete closed loop of "technological innovation, scenario application and commercial deployment", establishing a data flywheel within vertical household scenarios.

In terms of product strategy, OneRobotics has established a three-dimensional portfolio of a “stable core business plus dual growth curves”, comprehensively expanding its presence across the embodied AI robotic sector. Centered on enhanced execution robots as well as perception and decision-making systems, the Company’s product matrix, serving as its stable core business, deeply addresses a wide range of household scenarios, including intelligent control, domestic chores, intelligent home management, elderly care, safety and security, and energy management. The second growth curve focuses on sports and companion robots. The world’s first AI tennis robot, Acemate, has pioneered embodied intelligence in professional sports scenarios through algorithmic innovation and is the only sports robot included in TIME “Best Inventions of 2025”. The AI companion robot Kata Friends, the world’s first to deploy a locally hosted large language model, has won dozens of innovation awards at the Berlin IFA exhibition for its multimodal perception and emotional interaction capabilities. The third growth curve targets humanoid chore robots, with the first product H1 scheduled for official launch in January 2026, focusing on high-frequency household tasks such as clothing organization, laundry, cooking, and dishwashing, filling the gap in practical home applications for humanoid robots.

China's “15th Five-Year Plan” explicitly includes embodied intelligence as a key focus area for future industries, marking the full arrival of a new industrial revolution driven by AI and embodied intelligence. Demand for household assistance and emotional companionship in home settings is entering a period of rapid growth. The launch of the humanoid chore robot H1 is expected to align precisely with national industrial priorities and secure a first-mover advantage in the home embodied intelligence sector.

As the world’s first publicly listed home embodied AI robotic company, OneRobotics' listing in Hong Kong not only injects new momentum into the capital market with cutting-edge technology, but also accelerates the global commercialization of embodied intelligence through capital linkage. Anchored in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), the Company will promote deep integration of the GBA supply chain into the global AI robotic industry chain, enhance the innovation ecosystem of “Hong Kong platform + Bay Area manufacturing + global markets”, strengthen Hong Kong’s role as an international hub for science and technology collaboration, and seize the strategic opportunities presented by the “15th Five-Year Plan” for embodied intelligence development.

Taking the listing as a new starting point, OneRobotics will continue to increase investment in core technology R&D, deepen its global market presence, and maintain its leadership in the home embodied AI robotic industry, aligning closely with policy direction and market demand to advance the next generation of home robotic ecosystems and contribute to the global intelligent transformation of everyday life.
